Here is my thoughts. I have the 2018 iPad Pro 11 inch. It’s was perfect for size. After 3 years I went to the 12.9 inch 2021 M1 IPad Pro. I went with it only because of the Mini LED display. I use the magic keyboard and never touch the screen. It is in laptop mode all the time. It is unwieldy to use as a tablet and I just dont do it. I would rather the iPad mini honestly if it had a better display.
